Our first olive harvest

The autumn sun bathes the landscape in warm light – what an exciting day. The scent of ripe olives fills the air as we wander through the trees with happy hearts and eager eyes. The excitement is palpable as the first olives slide into the nets. It is a very special moment that honours the effort of the year and awakens the anticipation of the fresh olive oil. Together we harvest the precious fruit and feel the connection to the earth and the tradition that surrounds us.

In the afternoon, we take the harvested olives to the oil mill. The scent of fresh olive oil fills the air and the sound of the machines pressing the fruit fills us with anticipation. It is a process that not only creates food, but also memories and stories.

This first harvest will stay with us for a long time – as a symbol of craftsmanship, nature and the joy we find in every drop of our olive oil.
