Together we harvest the precious fruit and feel the connection to the earth and the tradition that surrounds us.
In the afternoon, we take the harvested olives to the oil mill. The scent of fresh olive oil fills the air and the sound of the machines pressing the fruit fills us with anticipation. It is a process that not only creates food, but also memories and stories.
