Replanting

Today is the day. Long planned and carefully thought out. Based on regenerative principles, we are planting a plantation with 25 different varieties of figs and 4 varieties of pomegranates. Over the next few years, we will take the time to test which varieties thrive best in our climatic conditions and soil properties.

We are designing the whole thing in the form of a mixed culture, which has fallen into disuse here in the region in recent decades. This means that we are planting a wide variety of herbs and ground cover plants such as rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano, saltbush, artichokes, etc. between the figs and pomegranates.

We are convinced that this will make an important contribution to biodiversity.
